Either way, you need a specialty thin-walled spark plug socket and a collection of wobbles and extensions. They recommended removing the rear bumper and turbos. I've read that it can be done without removing either, but it might not be faster given the tight space you have to work with in there.
I did a couple spark plug changes on my 997 Turbo without removing turbos, which is challenging, so I’m hoping I can do the same in the 992. Removing rear bumper is fine though.

Oh there is a thread where a guy has a picture of it - it was cold out in the morning and the sensor can be seen clearly. It is actually on the bumper just below the emblem - dare I say, the picture I was making fun of is right where it is

I scanned the pages of the "911 Maintenance" Book P/N WKD 902 00 23 21 and printed it as a *.pdf file.
Where page numbers appear to be missing, the missing pages are duplicates of the last page. Ex: Page 10 is the same as pages 11 - 20 and Page 21 is the same as pages 22 & 23.

I’m coming to a 3 year service. I have 8k miles. I was trying to look what’s needed, my dealer website says 3 yr service includes spark plugs.

When I looked at the porsche service booklet that came with the car it said every 30,000 miles or 4 years. Not 3 years. I’m going to show this to service manager. What’s your experience. Thank you.

I have the pre-paid maintenance. At the three year mark, they changed the plugs. Two reasons.

1. The PSMP (Pre-paid maintenance) now requires you to do this at three years, regardless of miles.
2. The whole purpose of changing the plugs before 30K is so they don't seize in the block.

I personally think four (4) years is fine, but the thought of having to strip them out of the block does induce some fear in me. So if my service manager said "do it" - I would.

Do it at three years, given your miles etc, it’s basically to keep the warranty and give them no excuse if you have a warranty claim. Mainly plugs left too long the concern is they seize, but with your car age and mileage nah not now

When I had my 3 yr service (18,000 miles), my dealer told me to do it at 4 years and I don’t have to do it yet. They did it with my 4yr service in January around 25,000 miles.

I am now on 75,000 miles. The main dealer has serviced it from new.
I have had oil and filters, every 20,000 miles.
Brake fluid every 3 years.
PDK fluid change at 60,000 miles.
I have had one PDK fluid change so far.
They started off by saying it was sealed for life, now its at 60k.
I have also had the accessory belt, plugs and a few otheer other recommended items.
Tyres have averaged 16,000-20,000 miles a set.
The brakes are still the original pads and discs. They are 60% worn and still feel new.
Paint and body is still perfect. The underside it perfect too.
No PPF.
I uses no oil between services and makes no funny noises either.
Its been a pretty cheap car to run and 100% reliable.

75K miles and only 60% wear on pads and rotors? Is that normal? I thought they needed to be replaced like every 30-40 K or something.

Depends how you drive I suppose.
You dont press the brakes much on the motorway. You do on a circuit.
