Default Vinyl Wrapping Interior Trim Pieces

I’m considering doing this to a few trim pieces and trying to closely match my exterior color (night blue metallic.). Has anyone done this and would share any photos and/or tips?
I’m also concerned about the dimpled trim pieces…does the vinyl look right on them? Lastly, is there a particular vinyl brand/spec that works best?
Thanks!

I did it but only with the piano black trim on the center console. I do think that the textured trim might pose some challenges.

This is what I used. Very easy to apply: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Looks good…I assume you removed all the pieces when you wrapped. Correct?

I would paint them color matched. The "dimpled" pieces will look bad wrapped, painting is better, best you buy some aftermarket pieces that are smooth on surface (plastic, wood, CF...) and paint them too. You will not find a real color match wrap.

Yes. The center console pieces come out easily. I think the other trim pieces are a bit more involved to remove.
