Got the message above last couple of days. Doesn’t appear on every startup but has a few times now. 2020 C2S with 12k miles.
Took some pics of the driver side manifold area that another member posted about a while back during their issue. Coolant is definitely low and seeing some green goo on pipe, if that’s indicative of a leak.
Anyone else experience this or seen this on their pipes? Will try to take to dealer soon. Car had a full service last month.

Coolant should not be green. It should be pink/violet. G12++ or Glysantin G40. (I think Autozone or one of the chains sells Valvoline G40 Porsche spec).
I don't see any obvious leaks in your pictures. Coolant should be above the MIN mark when cold. If you're losing coolant, that's a problem.
Thanks. I got back from the dealer yesterday; they could not find a leak anywhere and said it’s not unusual to have to top off every now and then, which is what they did. Though not sure how/if they performed a leak test. I just find it odd how it could be at such a low level. Engine temps have always been perfect however.
Checked this morning cold and I can see the coolant about near the level of Min now, will keep an eye on it for now.

So, this started happening to my '20 C2S, until yesterday when the actual separate warning light came on for low coolant. Added some water, but WTF? No evidence of a leak, so where is the coolant disappearing to? My worst-case-scenario mind went to head gasket and oil contamination, but that seems unlikely. Weird . . .

I added about 6-8 oz. Coolant about once a year to both my 981 and 991 to keep the gauge between min.and max. No leaks. I just assumed it was lost through the overflow/pressure release valve.

How many ounces did the dealer add to “top it off”?

Hard to say, they didn’t give me an amount. They couldn’t top off top much since the car was still hot when they had it and I needed it to get back to work. But it’s still something I need to have fully topped off during my next service appointment coming soon.
These coolant things can be sporadic and alarming
This fall I had a yellow low coolant level warning on my 718 Spyder with 3 k miles for few seconds couple of times and message disappears so I did not pay attention to it
then few days later , the red warning came on with : stop driving immediately and the temps gauges were going from like 170-220 in a crazy fashion .Then message disappeared
called dealer , they said I can keep driving and they filled coolant and apparently no leak was found

If “top it off” was 6-8 ounces, I would not be very concerned. But if dealer added a quart (32 ounces), I would be very concerned and probably immediately change oil and send used oil for analysis. But that’s just me.
Just back from second dealer visit on this issue. Unable to find a leak and cooling system held pressure overnight. They did replace a valve that was not responding to spec, but SA said would not cause a leak and he is unable to guess as to where the fluid is ending up. Very odd to me.
