It looks fine until you get close. You can see sone globs and streaks close up but the gloss black hides it well enough. If I were to do it again I would use a light first coat and then a light second coat if necessary I’m fine with it as it was $30, not $500 for tips and bumper removal for install

You could probably sand it down and redo the last coat to even it out.

OP: I have a C2 as well. I liked the parallelogram exhaust tips and how they matched the lines of the bumper, especially the black plastic. But I saw that design exhaust tips on so many commuter cars I decided to install sport exhaust tips from Suncoast and I couldn't be happier with how much better they look. It looks more sports car and less commuter car in my opinion. Just a suggestion for your consideration.

I won't be able to sleep at night until you do them over. Please, pretty please.

No offense, but I’d rather pay $500

Take 2 is looking better. I’m not sure how perfect i can make it using a brush. A spray would have come out much better. Sanded a little and did 3 thin coats with a bristled brush The foam brush I used the first time didn’t make it easy to get even coats in a tight area. It’s not perfect but a big improvement.

So much better. Thank you for not leaving it like it was.
