In car data connection is dead

After hearing about others getting updates, I checked my version and noticed that not only have I gotten an update, my embedded sim card data is showing the two lines with the slash through it. Google map search doesn't work etc... I have checked the sim card status and it is good. Porsche cust. svs suggested resetting the PCM 6. Did that, now i can't log into my account because it can't authenticate. Any suggestions on how to revive the data without taking to he dealer?

They might have been bug fixing PCM/Connected services stuff, could be intentionally disabled temporarily until you get the bulletin thing done (there is a software update component and a reprogram component, maybe the reprogram is done separately)

Not sure what happened, but LTE Data is now restored after being down for two weeks. I have yet to hear from PCNA about the issue but updates and application connection all have started to work again.
