Default Any recommended odor eliminator?

Can anyone recommend an odor remover? I dropped my car for 2yr maintenance last week and the dealer did a complimentary windshield clean (interior side) as my kids put many handprints there.
But it appears the dealer used some chemical / solutions to clean the windshield which left very strong odor. After I went back home and open the window for a night, the whole garage were filled with that smell...
I later wiped the windshield and the surrounding fabric twice and I want to say that the smell is 90% gone, yet I can still smell some lingering odor, particularly from the fabric of A-pillar area.
I know whether a smell is pleasant or not is a very subjective issue, but this smell is just annoying to me...Any suggestions about how to remove this odor?

Ozone generator. Also useful for sanitizing your vents. Turn car on, set to recirculate, and run it for 30 min. Your car will not smell like anything after that.

I used bought a Super Duty and I’m not sure why, probably to cover up some other odors, I realized the cleaning smells were very strong. I tried cleaning everything again but the scents kept returning. I bought an Enerzen ozone generator from Amazon for about $50 and let it run for a few hours. It did the trick
