I have a GTS Cabrio with SPASM, and yes, the ride is rougher than PASM, it's not at all difficult to live with. This is a sports car, after all. I prefer a firm, stiff ride.

I'd say you took the bullet. I can't say that I'd blame Porsche, though. The language is pretty clear on the configurator: "Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) (Raised 10 mm)". Your SA should have discussed with you, I agree, but at the end of the day, I'm sorry to say, this falls on you.

In your shoes, I'd probably install a KW HAS kit to lower it, and move on with my life. You won't notice day to day, esp if you're already happy w the ride. I just don't like cars sitting too high / wheel gaps, so personally I'd be looking to address that.
