Answering my own question for anyone who has the same issue... These are just standard copper crush washers, and it seems like the correct size is 18mm x 21mm x 1mm (inner diameter, outer diameter, thickness). I used 18 x 24 x 1.5, which was the best I could find at my local hardware store. They work just fine. The O2 sensor is 18mm, so that's most important.

Also, for anyone struggling to access the V-band allen head, I was able to easily push the bolts out using doubled nuts. The threading is the same as for the replacement bracket hardware.... M8 x 1.25. This was 100x easier than getting access and clearance to the top of the cats.

Happy to report no CELs so far.

Also, in case you need another reason to buy Soul products, John Gaydos is a great dude. He returned my call late on Friday before a holiday weekend to help me answer this, knowing I bought these used from a private seller.
