Anyone knows how we can change the matrix lights for a EU car to a UK settings .

left hand to right hand .

I understand that there is a way we can do that and also to change from Miles to KM vice versa .

anyone can share .

You can change using PIWIS. Interesting that I recall seeing a setting that the car follows GPS location and changes it automatically when you cross the border to right or left hand drive country. I can't remember if it's set ON by default.

Not sure about the setting either but this happened to me twice when driving from the UK to France - car automatically changed to km/h and adapted headlights to European roads.
