I can’t seem to locate one, or a place one might be filled in on my TYD Thank you.
Im similar to you, with a build scheduled on 8/26 and a 22. My VIN is on TYD and also provided by my SA. May allocation.

I actually talked to Porsche last week, the girl I know just told me the system showed my car being built 8/29. My Sales Manager couldn't see the info. This was before the events of this week. Parts and shipping issues have created the log jam we witness now. My car sits now at V200 and 12/16/22 delivery in theory only. I actually hope for a March 2023 delivery. LOL

I have a 2023 4 GTS with a build freeze in 30 days and est delivery 11/04/22. I love the '4' and but my motivation was an open build slot for a 4 GTS.
My goal is have the car have 'signals' of sporty fun... track adjacent.. as in dont think I can do red, yellow, blue (loved the blue on my screen but light in real life).
Looking for feedback to make that happen.
My current build is
- Ice Grey Metallic - anyone seen? Thought would show off black contrasts and be fun nod to my first 911 'marble grey' '85 991T
- GTS interior w red stitching - worried about race tex wear vs leather? but I think the red stitching, belts and GTS headrest is fun
- Rear axle steering... just sounds cool especially w '4'
- Lightweight and Noise Insulated Glass... Not sure where the GTS lands vs my current 2006 911S on interior noise (I prefer less tire/road volume then my 2006) so added in this option.
- Front axle lift .. seems like must have
- 4 way seats vs 18?
- Premium package... really debating, as only must for me is Bose... and then maybe Surround View as caution for curbs... but dont want to exclude it if that 'odd'.
- ? Toying with replacing GTS side decal for PORSCHE to add fun?

Normally i buy 3 yrs used, low miles and owned 911's since 1988... and am SOOOO excited to be building and GTS!

My 2cents: get the 18 way seats and prem pkg
Did you have to pay an ADM?

I would pass on any 911 without Premium Package.

Q: Did I pay an ADM?
A: Do i have to admit it? 😉
GM of dealership was smart, made me feel “better” and told me “just think of it as a “max number” and we can take a look at it when cars gets here.
Don’t love it and Frankly I’d rather donate 2x the ADM to a non profit of their choice…

It's outside of TYD, in Overview >> Discovery Current Phase. I think my VIN popped up in phase 2.

Thank you, I guess I don’t have a VIN assigned yet.

I opted for leather steering wheel with the GTS package. Had Alcantara on my GT4 and preferred leather on the high touch point (steering wheel). Seats and dash in race-tex is fine and holds up very well IMO.

Some will say not needed... I definitely needed it on my C8 Corvette and wished I had it on my GT4. Where I live, there are some trouble parking lots, building entries, etc... I need it but it depends on where you live I think?

- 4 way seats vs 18?

18!! More adjustability, memory package and likely better re-sale if that matters to you.

- Premium package... really debating, as only must for me is Bose... and then maybe Surround View as caution for curbs... but dont want to exclude it if that 'odd'.

100%... I love surround view and it helps so much with tight parking.

Added comments above... I debated options forever (like many). My wife finally told me to just pick everything I wanted and ignore the price because once you decide to spend this much on a car, what difference is $2,000 on an option you really want She's a keeper

Great input, thanks. Might lose rear axel steering if it’s mostly about slow speeds. Never felt i needed tight turning help w my other 911s.
and glad you’re keeping your wife - i would too 😉

The cut off appears to be anything after a 7/9 lock date (change freeze point in TYD). Anything before 7/9 stays as a 2022. Anything after 7/9 goes to 2023 with the risk of significant additional delays.

See this link to a picture in gt3 forum. It highlights the options that are driving delays.

I don't think even this is necessarily correct. My freeze point came and went back in late June, without changes, and MY build is being rolled to a 2023.

You may be correct but this is the information I have. I also think that if you have one of the options listed in the sheet, you are also rolled into 2023.
