I had to pay $20k, but that was for a v200 that got me a ‘22 in less than 5 months at msrp, no fine print like Porsche finance, Watch etc. and no trade. Snuck in an aerokit as well. I didn’t ask, but assumed non-refundable.

$5000 with GTS order mid January 2022. Allocation 2 months later. Nothing additional requested until delivery. Last Porsche was $1000 deposit in 2019. I believe it’s more than fair to request a deposit to show your a serious buyer.

I am sure I could have gotten the $10K back, but since there was literally zero chance of me not taking delivery, I didn't spend much time worrying about it.
