TYD is fundamentally a marketing product. Nice to have but the dates are 'flexible'. Least that's the general experience here since it was released.

2GTS manual. Is your CP8.0 date also 6/24?

My car disappeared from the app at stage two and reappeared at stage four. In between were the pics in question at stage three. I switched to the browser based My Porsche to download the pics.

If you pester your SA, he should be able to tell you when the car leaves Emden and what ship it’s on. From there, you can track the ship with various sites such as Vessel Finder.

ETA: Re: VIN. I had my Insurance broker reach out to my SA to make arrangements, so I never really paid attention to the number. May be a different case if you’re shopping around. Again, your SA will have it when it’s available.

Sometimes, I have to completely log out of My Porsche, relog, and I will see the updated TYD status. Looks like we might be on the same boat OP.

Anyone else find this thread ironic? It would appear we no longer have to wait to take delivery of our cars before experiencing the joys of Porsche’s crappy-tech failure. All we need do is order the f**king thing and…BAM!

on my porsche app, instead of clicking on track your dream, click on discover current phase. It shows the VIN number. But if it doesn't try the website. You will definitely see it there.

That is right! Patience pays it up... I was just wasn't sure if the TYD is an accurate tool or not.

I'm in the same situation. My '22 GT4 is at the Scheduled for Production phase as of June 2nd. The estimated date for Production Start is June 3rd which has come and gone. I don't see a VIN # anywhere though.

Give your SA a ping. They may have a VIN for you already in their PVMS. I asked a week after my sched for production date and they had a VIN for me. A few days later it showed up on TYD. Feels very real when you get the VIN!

My car has been stuck in the " scheduled for production" since 6/09 production was due to start on 6/10. Woke this am to see that my car has been moved out by 2 months!!! Have no idea what is going on, have a callinto my SA to see if he can find anything out. Anyone else seeing this change?

My C4S has been In Production since May 11. CP8.0 is now set for July 8 after moving from the original May 17 date to June 14. There are delays. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered the red seatbelts
