thats a good point thanks for correcting me. It reminds me of the trade off planes make between carrying more passengers (longer body) vs flying farther (shorter body to save weight). Its a performance trade off anyone buying this car needs to consciously make. Do I want to drive farther, or do I want to drive well in snow? After all, most electric cars charge more for longer range even if it doesnt cost them anything (eg tesla ships their cars with same battery but simply software locks a portion of it).
