no I think you might be misunderstanding me. I agree with everything you said as far as customer service. M Engineering is beyond outstanding. My complaint with Suncoast was I think they’d rather you order online then call them. My problem is availability of parts. That’s a legitimate concern.

All Suncoast orders are done online as far as I know and with regards to my experience with them. Suncoast has always been helpful and answered my myriad of questions.

The BMW community is vastly different in demographic and tendency to modify cars; it’s the Honda of higher end cars. Porsche will never compete with them in the way you’re seeking.
