Default no oil my porsche computer glitch

Guys, yesterday i received a message on my phone from my Porsche saying that my engine oil was low. When i checked the my Porsche site, it showed zero oil in my C4S with 300 miles. needless to say i was very concerned...i contacted my dealer and we went through several checks to see if the issue was real or a computer glitch of some sort. the computer on the car itself shows the oil level at the correct levels, but the my Porsche site still shows zero oil. obviously, the car's computer is correct and much more reliable. Have any of you experienced a similar issue? What actions did you take if any to correct this problem? Thanks for the assistance!!

Earlier this year, Porsche removed the oil level from the web site and app due to accuracy issues. Did they add it back?

Just checked my "My Porsche" app on my iPhone. Oil fill level IS on the app - but mine says "Oil Level Unknown - No Measurement". I haven't driven my car in probably a week so that doesn't surprise me. Is this what you are seeing OR does it say "No oil". Obviously, there's a difference in the meaning.

On the my Porsche application, it simply does not show any oil being present in the vehicle. It does not say no oil. However in the vehicle itself, it shows that it is completely full of oil

Where are you finding it on the app?

I see the gas level, next service/oil service, etc., but nothing the tells me the oil level. I am also using the most recent version/update. Interesting.

There’s contact info on the My Porsche app. You can call or email them to set up a case #. Make sure you mentioned you have consulted with the dealer and what the results were, or their first response will likely be to consult your dealer.

I occasionally get a unable to read oil level, or oil level not available. Usually goes away when you shut the engine off and restart. Digital gauge is nice, a dipstick is taking it over the top...

but then again so would having a HomeLink on the roof rather than... or...

an incredible car but so many little f* things that should never have left the brain of the designer...

I realize that this is an old thread but had the same issue..."OilLevelUnknown - No Measurement" after I changed the oil. Many people, including SA, said that I had to drive 15 miles and it would reset...but it didn't. As a last resort, I used my Autel and cleared all the codes...voila, oil level came on like it always did....hope that helps some with the same "oil level unknown-no measurement" message.
