I believe the demand got too high, so they changed it so only GT cars can do PECLA delivery at the moment.

Please reach out to Rusnak's GSM, Fred Pourfarzib, for assistance. Doesn't hurt to try.
Rusnak has been quite good to my family and I; we've been buying P cars from them since the 1990s. Last year when I was looking for a 992 allocation, Downtown L A Motor quoted me $5k to $10K ADM, plus renting mandatory 3 months of Porsche Drive, in order to get on a wait list. I turned to Rusnak, and they came through. I ordered my 992 in 6/2021, car arrived in 10/2021. Rusnak kept their words; no ADM.

Was it Rusnak Pasadena or Westlake?

Cant vouch for the West Coast. But, it feels like ADM’s are coming down on the East Coast. Got a call today from two different dealers to negotiate on existing stock.

I have purchased 6 cars from Porsche of San Diego on Miramar Road. I was there yesterday and they said they have just gotten in around 100 new cars so check with them. I got a 6% discount in Jan 2021 on my 911. Of course prices have changed a lot since then. Two months ago they had almost no new cars in stock.

I just took all my GT3touring last night MSRP deal terrific dealer Santa Barbara. I have a 25 year relationship with him 30+ cars. Going to be tough for someone walking in the door with no relationship to get an MSRP deal. Carl

The time between beginning of Pandemic and early 2021 was the best time to buy cars. I remember early 2021 I could lease an Audi S4 with 2k down and 450 per month. Even though Porsche prices never went really down but 6% discount, as in your case, was still possible. These days almost all cars are marked up. Whether if you buy a Toyota Camry or Cadillac Escalade, they all have markups. Sports cars are marked up extra high because of the super low inventory and wealthy clientele. I don't think we can find anywhere in the country 911 porsches with markups bellow 10k. I called up few dealerships and the cheapest thus far was Porsche Carlsbad with 15k Markup for the standard 911 and 30k for the GTS. I guess I will wait until things cooled down but who knows how long this is going to take.....

Porsche San Diego from a quick look on their website looks to be marking up cars as well. 275K "MSRP" on a 992 Turbo S in Black.

Really applies to any car dealership these days, but look at their lightly used inventory prices - current/prior year cars with < 5k miles. If they're listed for near or above MSRP, you know they're gonna markup anything new.

Yeah, it's across the board. Bought my parents a GX 460 in November and cheapest ADM I found was 2K in SoCal, right now looking for a base model Lexus NX for a family member and its 5K ADM minimum on a 40k car.

It is indeed crazy out there. I’ve been shopping for a vehicle to tow behind the motorhome. They wanted $2000 ADM for a $20K Subaru Crosstrek. For Ford, $5K ADM minimum for anything on the lot. Finally found a Jeep dealer that did 2% under invoice on factory orders.

In SoCal you will be looking at ADM of anywhere between $5-25k at every single dealership unless you know someone.
