I just took delivery of my GTS today !! I am exhausted but excited . I did not drive it much because it went straight to get PPF and ceramic . However I did take little spin onto familiar roads . It is my first drive in the GTS as well as a 992 for that matter . I did not drive the original base or S because I wanted a GTS and because ate that time they had no cars and Covid was surging . So I just waited . I am very impressed but have question .
The suspension on this car if firm . I dont mind at all but I am comparing it almost to my other 911 on coil overs . Its really tight !! The only option I did not put was PDCC . I have lightweight , RAS plus the car is so new . I bounced it off a few people and got some varied answers . They ranged from "the 992 is more firm in general than the 991.2 " to "my 992 Turbo S is softer due to PDCC" . I am somewhat glad I didnt get PDCC but was curious on other opinions of their new GTS cars . I get my car back by Tuesday so I have no chance to explore it more .
Compared to my C2S with RAS, the TTS is more compliant over rough roads, yet has better grip and turn in than the C2S when driven aggressively.
PDCC will act like a decoupled antiroll bar over rough roads and a very stiff antiroll bar when driven aggressively. So in theory, yes, the PDCC makes the ride smoother over bad roads.
All that said, I bet your tire pressures are crazy high - drop them down to comfort levels. You can adjust the setting in your PCM, so it doesn't give low tire pressure warnings. The car will be more comfortable and drive better too.

After 500 miles or so, my Carrera Cab’ suspension loosened to a comfortable range.
I don't mind it but I was surprised . I am going to have the dealership double check my detailer on those pucks after PPF . I will say this . I took the car into a familiar S turn and it just rips !!!
As I stated earlier on another post, I find the GTS suspension great and it its up bumps easily but it is tight, dialed in and reminds me of my 2018 GT3. Both steering and suspension very similar.
Now- for many they may find the ride too firm; others' may find it perfect. It is not your tire pressures
This car is set up more aggressively than the C2S- whole different suspension which is a good thing
The 992 models with SPASM (C2S and TTS) are not necessarily the most compliant ride in the world. It's way softer than my 993 with RS suspension, but SPASM can be rougher over bad roads.
I actually don't mind that - it's road feedback and that's the trade off you get with a proper sports car.

Enjoy!!!.
That was the opinion I first heard . I happen to love a firm suspension and have coil overs on my modded 997.1tt . Its about on par with that . Thats a departure from previous 911's which even compelled me to mod the suspension in the past .
The PASM sports suspension, standard on the GTS, is firm but you do get used to it pretty quickly. My suggestion is to drive it some more before worrying too much about it.

In comparison to my 991.2 GTS there are so many huge leaps in this car . It really is the next step . Originally for the longest time I felt it was a 991.3 prior to some type of hybrid or EV evolution . Instead ... its the real deal !!!

I am going to get 'flamed" for this but it may just be the "sweet spot" in the 911 line up
Attached are the tyre pressures from my 992 GTS. When mine first arrived I found the ride very firm until I corrected the tyre pressures (our roads in the UK are getting increasingly poor). I can safely say I’m not getting close to 165mph so have opted for 30 front and 32 rear which has really improved things. Why are people opting for so much higher?
