I agree. I did 70% on my rear glass to keep an OEM look and that Targa specialness.

are you in SoCal? Share the installer? Thank you

I also did 70% on the sides and back glass to retain the Targa distinction.

certainly not the cheapest option you'll find but pricing was fare and so far I'm very happy with their work.

I had my car done by this shop in Laguna Hills - tintplusautomotive.com. Car came out really nicely. 50% all around except windshield at 80%.

They had just done another targa. Check out their IG for more photos / videos.

After watching what it takes to tint, I've decided not to tint...

May I ask how much you paid? I live in the east coast so wouldn’t be able to visit your tint shop 😢 but wanted some reference!

I wondered what happened to all the soapy water he squeegeed down on the inside as well as the remove/install process.

The tint shop completed the job in just two hours without having to remove any panels. It looks fantastic with 35% tint on the sides and rear glass.

My anxiety comes from the fact that a person needs to sit on the folded roof to complete the job. I doubt that the roof is designed to sustain such weight and I worry about the possible problems down the road...
