This. It's only like $3K or something for Shark Blue and it is different than Miami Blue. Shark blue is better. Doesn't look as faded and old as Miami blue IMO.

A wrap is the way to go! Get the color you want, much less expensive, may actually help resale as it protects the current color.

Find a Different sales rep or dealership. Never take sales rep statement as absolute truth. Learned that the very hard way.

Either wrap it or don’t buy it if you don’t love the color. A repainted new car at $30k plus is silly and then you will get beat on the resale if it’s not your for life.

Sound advice on the full wrap (color change). Thank you.

Paint the car only if it’s going to be a forever car. Or at least keeping it more than 10 years. At that point the depreciation from painting it will be a moot point. Ed Bolian had his LP640 repainted Verde Draco but I doubt he will ever sell that car. Also at that point I’d want a color that is very unique. No point spending $20k+ on a top tier paint job to pull up at a light next to someone who has the same color on their Macan.

The new hybrid PPF/color change wraps are really good. They have a vinyl base but also have PPF film layer on top. Not like the old vinyl wraps that weren’t durable.

I've seen dumb ideas on line, but repainting a brand new car takes the cake.
