What if they don't disclose damage and they are scrambling to fix vehicles at port.

I emailed my SA as well. He usually replies within a day or so. Hopefully they are aware of this Apr 8th target and they'll get something. let's see.

This varies by state, I looked in to NJ law and they are required to disclose damage that cost over $1000 to fix. Now, if they choose to follow the law or not… remains a question.

Paying sticker and adding 15K in options doesn’t get you much.

I think customer service is lacking in the communications department, I’ve purchased multiple high end cars and always was kept in the loop, not this time.

Yeah. It's sad when having the car not end up at the bottom of the ocean is considered a win.

I know there are a lot of cars that needed to be inspected but the whole process could've been way more transparent with live updates sent to dealers and customers... instead of placeholder 2023 dates in your apps...

Sorry to hear this. I spoke with the GM at my dealership late this morning. They have had 6 of 15 released so far. That’s including my C4S which was not damaged. He said mine should have at the dealership in a few days. This is Davisville port. Wishing you good luck.

Almost end of the workday and nothing from my SA. In the end it's likely not their fault for not communicating more openly, if no updates are coming from PCNA... just thinking out loud.

So I was texting with my SA and she called me. She says she spoke to her manager and that they both “think” that my car is in the clear and should arrive to their dealership sometime next week. Not sure how official that is but better than nothing or the alternative I suppose.

my car is in Houston.

This what my SA just emailed somewhat encouraging.We just started receiving updates yesterday. I was off however, so far, two of our cars at Davisville are scheduled to be released in the next few days. Did not see an update on yours however the release notifications may take a couple of days to trickle in as there are many vehicles that came off the same vessel. I will let you know as soon as I see the update status of released for your 911.

Just got confirmation from my SA that my car has been confirmed to be not damaged and is getting on a truck headed to Plano, TX. They are receiving six cars from Houston this afternoon. Hopefully mine will be here finally by Monday or Tuesday.

Congrats…… wow that was pretty quick considering mine was Davisville and unloaded a week prior , still waiting to hear from Flemington Porsche
and see if any damage and when it will arrive.


As to TYD it only shows “start a new configuration”

I don't have a TYD app. I ordered Cayenne and I believe it is not on TYD yet. My SA sent a screenshot of the status. It shows
