Spoke with my SA from very large dealership in Southeast. He said good news your car is on a ship arriving dealership end of January AND there are no stop sales associated with your car. When queried he said they are seeing cars being delivered with stop sale notices (visible to them when car is on ship) for various issues.

To those whose cars are in transit you might want to contact your SA and ask specifically if there is a stop sale notice attached to your car.
