Default Vinanalytics advanced decoder

I noticed vinanalytics has an advanced VIN decoder now for 1995 & newer Porsche models. It’s similar to a CoA, but way cheaper. It shows your cars engine & transmission numbers along with all the options; including standard equipment not shown on a PPS. I’ll leave a link below for anyone interested:

Advanced VIN decoder

Just for perspective, Porsche eliminated the CoA for classic cars & now require a $500 Classic Technical Certificate (CTC) to acquire documentation for matching engine & transmission numbers. So vinanalytics is a bargain.

I wanna do this—-I think it’s a neat momento.
I’m just worried that it might miss some of the specs, esp. since I have a Canada build.

MY22 might be too new. I’d check on it again when MY23 cars start rolling in.

My 2020 992C4S came with a Certificate of Authenticity that’s in a safe place with the rest of the delivery materials. It came in the mail shortly after I bought my car.

That is the PPS. However, it does not show engine & transmission numbers.

It worked on my 2022 Targa 4s as soon as I got my Vin in Porsche TYD. I ran it out of curiosity to see what it had, came up with all my options everything was as expected. Only thing that was not correct on the report was manufacturing date, production date and country... All the rest was correct. I ran this about a week or so after I got my VIN...

Here is the first page for reference...

Interesting that it doesn’t show the gearbox & engine serial numbers.

I’d check in with Vinanalytics again when MY23 cars start rolling in to see if they can send you an updated copy, since you already paid for it.

Thanks to the original poster.
Just bought one from VIN Analytics for my recently acquired 2017 911 Turbo.
I bought it 2 months ago for use while I wait for a GTS or Turbo or Turbo S allocation without huge ADM.
I was thinking an allocation for a GTS, but this Turbo has me questioning that

Thanks @smiles11

I just ran this on my car, two interesting items on the build sheet:
4GP WINDOW, HEAT-INS. GLASS W. TOP TINT
4KC HEAT-INSULATING GLASS (GREEN) IN REAR
Only reason they stand out is the noise and heat insulating glass wasn't an option on MY20 cars but this implies they came standard with the thermal insulation at least on the windscreen and rear window.

That is just UV protected Glass on the sunroof, rear and front - noise insulated is a whole other product.. This is standard on all porsches (unless you get the alternative light weight and noise insulated glass option)

Thanks, yes understand this is not the noise insulating option. I have a steel roof though so from the descriptions it reads to me like the UV protection on the rear window and the front screen.
