Those with a GTS ordered, post your build
#46
It's amazing how no one build is quite the same, gotta love it. IMHO, it's a sad day when a GTS gets spec'd without the GTS interior package and CLs as those two options are a big part of what makes this variant special. Here's my build, should be delivered to the east coast Spring, 2022

I wish I could ditch the FAL but I have a very unfriendly driveway in my life. Friendly advice... try to show some restraint as I believe a good build, to a large extent, is about the options you don't choose.

But, beg to differ on GTS interior package and CL's. I have had both and as long as I am getting to choose (which I do here thankfully), I'll never have street CL's or the GTS interior again......

Mine doesn't have GTS interior, don't like Race Tex, and it doesn't have CL, don't like black wheels. It's still a GTS and definitely not a sad day, was a very happy day when the allocation confirmed and will be a happier day every time I slide behind the wheel.

Agree, to me, the GTS upside is more power, black out trim, stiffer suspension and larger brakes. Alcantara and centerlocks are the two downsides....but those can be optioned out.

The centerlock issue doesn’t bother me. I get about 6 tire punctures a year on my work van, and I plug all of them with the wheel still on the vehicle.
The fronts are easy to do, on the rears, it’ll be more difficult due to ground clearance, but a Jack would make that even easier.

Still on the fence deciding white Vs Gt silver (likely silver) ... but here is where my build sits as of today . Nothing would change except the color .

Nice car! I built similar to you except GT Silver. I opted for glass roof instead of CF. Also chose the CL wheels as they are unique, and I do not see myself changing the wheels myself anyways, haven’t for last 9 years! Also, went for manual as that is probably the only reason I am selling my current Agate 991 C4S Cab. Driving is more fun with the manual in my experience.
