Vehicle removed from Porsche account

Had the vehicle for over 3 months, and got the above 2 emails today out of the blue.
Any idea why this happens?

Just call, they do strange things for no reason. A few months ago they added a 1989 944 turbo to my account. Hadn’t owned that car for 26 years.
