I would say I went through about 7 potential configurations, but 4 of those were the same model and exterior color with different interiors and aesthetic option combinations.
I only sent two to my SA - one to create my "order demand" and then a final build once I had my allocation secured and my PTS color formally approved. I wanted to be really settled on my choices and not make any additional changes that could potentially give them a reason to shift me back in the production schedule.
My order locked last night (or is it today? TYD contradicts itself), so no more changes for me.

Changed my build officially once (changed to sport plus seats and changed to Carrera classic rims). Wanted to change one more time to add SPASM, but SA warned me it would delay my build, so I stuck with regular PASM. My build also locked yesterday and now scheduled for production.

I’ve spent so much time on it that my extremely frugal wife has started telling me I “Need” to get certain options like the RS wheels, a glass roof and SC. Not because she wants them or even has a preference mind you, its simply so I’ll shut up about them and stop boring her with YouTube video comparisons of one vs the other…
