Well, it depends on the color that is chosen along with the interior and all that. Sometimes people get a little too "unique"

Thats delivery timeline sounds a little more reasonable. There is no way that December/January (from OP) was accurate. Even then, with PTS, I'd bet my money on late summer for you.

I first jumped like several others . Then I looked at it .. WOW . I would still get the GTS and lean down some of the options . Maybe sport seats vs 18 way , no FAL (I think is ridiculous unless you live in San Francisco or similar . 45K miles on my 991.2 GTS and not a tiny scratch) , skip PPF totally (unless you plan to track it . The ceramic pro adds a slight protection and PPF will never save a car from a boulder falling off a mountain or an accident.

Here's what I saw when pulling up the color.

Very True….I couldn’t agree more. I went for a bit of a vintage color theme. British Racimg Green with the Arum pieces and truffle brown.

I don't get this thread. The OP asked about options for an S and yet most of the commentary was telling him to not buy an S and to buy a different car; GTS. Why? He didn't ask which model to get. Then when he choses the colour 'he' prefers, he gets mocked for the price and told some rubbish about German racing history! Wait, what? Give him advice on options as he requested, but ultimately he will make his own decisions and we should respect that. For reference, chatter in Europe on PPF is to get it done at the factory, and not 3rd party.
