135- 140K for a base 992 is outrageous . Porsche staggers options and identical items higher trim not only cost less but are sometimes standard. 145K would buy a modest GTS and you would end up driving more car that cost less to own because when you'll that 140K base it will compete with much lower priced cars .
So I jumped you two trims and kept most of your build PNABWII3
Then ...
I leaned it down and made sacrifices and changed it . Its 12K more to jump TWO trims and have a car that much of the items you are paying for standard PLUS more things a base car can only dream of , PNQQ1259
Hey, great point you made! It actually made me consider pulling some of the non essentials off my build. I think the GTS would be way too much car for where I live; we have automated traffic cameras every half mile running across the entire island and I can only see myself racking up violations lol. Let me know what you think of this new build, was able to get it down to just under 120.

That seems like an excellent build for a base 911. The only thing I might change would be to drop the black exhasut tips ($950) and maybe add the PSE with black tips. I do like to hear mine and don't regret having checked the PSE box. Aftermarket exhaust systems cost far more than they're worth IMHO. Not that the Porsche PSE option is all that reasonable, but it is substantially less than what's in the aftermarket.

Not to confuse you more, but part of the fun of configuring these cars are the "non-essentials"
Don't get me wrong - resale value is a consideration, particularly since this will not be your last car and I suspect the used car market for base Carreras are budget minded. But if there is an option that you really love (ie sport design, or whatever).... just get it. A few thousand lost is not a big deal in the long run.

4800 bucks on a 100K base price is 5 percent. I don't even think its that nice to get that price .

I spec a car for a friend that came out to 116K . He had 4 requirements : 1) white exterior , 2) PSE , 3) sport chrono, and 4 ) Premium package . So I gave him that and nothing more

The op eats the exhaust price in the wheels and special paint but he made good use of to by getting the sport tips . The fake noise of PSE is not as nice as what he chose overall .

$5k is not a big deal if he loves an option - its brain vs heart on aesthetic options. In my experience, the heart wins out in the end. But thats me.
I will say that crowd sourcing opinion on aesthetic options is a good way to secure regret later on. Regret is the most expensive mistake - you only end up dumping the car early and paying twice to get what you really wanted in the first place. Ask me how I know.
