Hi Everybody,
I used to install H&R suspension on all my previous 911 (997, 997.2, 991, 991.2). The ride was fantastic and never too rough. I did the same thing on my 992...and the result is catastrophic. The ride is so rough..it is like their is no suspension at all. My Porsche dealer had tried to fix it...but they failed. They contact H&R and not surprisly they just said that their products are the best. So before I put back the OEM spring, I try to find out if their is any solutons. Any one have a tips?

they’re just springs (presumably- you weren’t specific). there’s no chance you should feel that significant a difference unless the installation was botched in some way.

PASM system? Did the PASM controller need to be disconnected? If so, was it reconnected "fully"?

Was this a DIY install?
If it was, most likely it was a "you" issue (no offense intended).

TKS for your comments
Yes the H&R was the spring set.
Yes, my 992 (4s) has the PASM.
No it was not a DIY..The installation had been done by the Porsche Dealer. So, I am NOT the issue

With the key out of the ignition, I'd try disconnecting/re-seating the PASM controller (connection).

i'd suggest either requesting a different, more senior tech to take a look, or take it to a different shop. whoever's working on your car doesn't know what they're doing.

I have h&r on my 992 with pdcc and spasm. And the dealer installed it. It was a 15 hour job.
The ride is a bit rough but not to the point I can't daily it. I even brought it back to the dealer a couple months after for a quick install follow up (for free) and they said everything still looks good with the stock equipment.
Is it the best set up. No. And I will probably change to full coils when the stock suspension ****s out.
Just my input.
