Tire Pressure / Temp
#2
On hot tires with or without nitrogen, you will get 4 - 5 psi difference from cold tires when tires/temp is hot once up to operating temps. My track cars, you can go up even higher once at 125 degrees.

Do you have a nitrogen tank at home to top up? Is there one nearby if you need? They try and sell you this in winter here given the pressure drop for every 10F. From indoors say 60F to -40... Don't bother, the minute you add air you've contaminated the entire tire. So unless you have a nitrogen tank at home...or track...

Nitrogen is not a gimmick, it’s a dry inert gas that is very stable compared to normal compressed air which can have various amounts of moisture in it. That being said all tires experience temperature increases due to friction with road surface. Nitrogen filled tires increase pressures and return to ambient in a predictable manner which is very helpful for race tires.
For our street cars it offers almost no benefit. Most dealers have their compressed air go through a dryer which gives almost the same benefit as nitrogen.
