I really love my Agate 992 with black interior. I also enjoy seeing other people choosing colors - inside and out - that they like. I won't attempt to convince anyone my color choices are "right" if they afford me the same courtesy.

Thanks. While I personally prefer tame colors (most of my cars have been white, black, or an occasional blue), I like that bright Skittles colors are available. They look great on someone else’s car.

They both look good. Just depends on how you plan to use the vehicle. Wouldn’t want to drive a python green car to work for example, but as a fun weekend you? Sure.

I've never sold cars so quickly as I have the vehicles I've bought that are silver. Just my personality. I can own who I am. I like being an individualist, feeling different, and getting attention, hence my predilection for bold and rarely produced colors. Nothin wrong with that. If silver floats your boat that's great. Personally I find them uninteresting and plain. Just different preferences.

I have an Agate over black on the way. Agonized over every possible combination and ended up with what I think I will like for a long time.

Colors I would not personally do include Python or Lizard Greens, Lava Orange, Miami or Shark or Mexico Blues, or Racing Yellow. But I would also not do Base or Metallic Black and probably shy away from Dolomite and GT Silver as well as Guards or Carmine Red.

My 997 was Midnight Blue and I wanted a Midnight Blue 992 but ultimately opted for Gentian Blue because I liked the vibrancy of it, while it also can look darker at night/overcast. Both the Gentian and Midnight appeal to me.

I also heavily considered Chalk as well as Agate Grey and Aventurine Green. That said I think the Carrera looks spectacular in White and would also consider that but I wanted something different.

My first list of bold colors are non-starters for me, not because they are bad colors, but because I'm not personally drawn to them. Black is also a non-starter for me. But I would choose it over the ultra bold colors if I had to.

I like Boring Colors on my Porsche's. Just being a Porsche attracts more than enough attention. I have a clean license and I'd really like to keep it that way, in spite of my typical driving style.

Exactly right. Theres nothing boring to those colors tho. Silver in a porsche still is king. Thats why Porsche uses it for ads and marketing. Its the color of the brand just like racing green is the color of jaguar. Nothing boring about them

I don't view "colors" as being boring - I view colors that everyone else has as being boring. Today there are just so many whites, greys and blacks out there for everything - it almost looks like a black and white movie. These colors look great on a 992 - but I simply wouldn't get them due to their popularity everywhere else. If you want to blend in, sure go for it - many like that aspect. I like to stand out a bit

Your opinion is just that, yours. Some find the whites, blacks, and silvers boring. Or commonplace. You find the Skittles colors unattractive. People have different opinions, thankfully.
