I had the same dilemma, wasn't sure what seats to get and no car in stock to try them. Safe choice would have been the regular sport seats 4/14 way, but decided on the 4 way sports plus. Didn't feel right getting regular seats on a 100k sports car. Hope I don't regret my decision.

My wife has back issues too so we just defaulted to 18 ways for the adjustability. I am not a skinny guy and the 18 ways fit me like a nicely tailored suit. I do not find them to be narrow and they are even more comfortable than the 18 ways in the 991.2 I used to have. I would consider them comparable to my Cayenne 18 ways, just less thigh and side bolstering.

For reference, I am 5’7” and 225lbs with a stocky/athletic build. Not as athletic as I used to be, so take that into consideration lol.

I order the 4 way sport seats for my GTS, I just need to confirm if these seats have lumbar adjustment? I'm a big guy 6'3 270 and fit in the 18 ways very well. But I'm the only driver and once I find the right position my seat doesn't move.

4 way are just that. Fore, aft (both manual) up, down, and recline are electric. There is bolster support but not adjustable.
