Only driven on Sundays, a quarter mile at a time.

Thanks for the help guys, is it weird for it to be a battery issue though if the warnings came on while the engine was running and after it had been driving for most of the day?
Also after digging a bit more the car does appear to be a PEC Atlanta car, and this wasn't disclosed properly from the dealer (I asked them specifically if it was PEC car they said no it was an executive demo). Is that something I can complain to PCNA about?

You should, not that they'll do anything about it. Also, it goes to what you can prove.
I personally would never buy one of those cars. The PSDS cars are deeply abused, the PEC may be less. I started a thread with those cars a while ago. I saw dealers not disclosing, calling the car demos and one selling it as new (!). If it came with PCCB, the rotors were not replaced in all likelihood.

How can you tell if it’s a PEC car?

Very likely a battery/voltage issue. They're the leading cause of dashboard Christmas trees in modern cars.
911s aren't fragile things and are meant to be driven hard. Other than not driving it, you're really hard-pressed to abuse one. I wouldn't hesitate on a PEC or demo car, but I would run far away from a car barely driven.

You're under warranty. If the dealer is having trouble, you can always reach out to PCNA. This will get solved. Good luck.

Autohaus Porsche has a lot of 2020 demo cars. They have been sitting around for a long time and so I agree with the battery issues. In fact, I'm pretty sure Nick Murray's last Porsche just had a battery issue. I suspect it MIGHT need a new battery and a full reset. But/and it does not appear to have been a track car.

There’s nothing wrong with dealer demo cars. I’ve purchased a couple of them at a great discount and they have been super reliable and lasted over 200,000 miles. This car is a Porsche experience center car. It’s driven hard all day every day. Totally different animal.

Yah but that's a small sample size. If the OP didn't buy a demo, most likely this wouldn't have happened.

So quick update, the servicing dealer said that it's not due to a battery issue, and that they've narrowed it down to a waterlogged right rear tire sensor. They also said they'll do a 20-40 mile drive cycle to see if any faults come back with that sensor removed. Does that make any sense?

A.) No, but (unfortunately) what other option(s) do you have?

If anything, it’ll make for a nice tech joyride before they find the real issue.

Why? If that's the case also avoid any pre-owned car.
