Car Drying Tools: Big Boi vs Cordless Leaf Blower
#31
As this has come up again, just recently picked up a DI inline water filter, first use this last week.
So normal wash, then add the filter into the loop for a final rinse. Used my Makita leaf blower to get the water off and zero scale spots on the car. Very impressed!
Now for the two cars I did have to go through three batteries, the blower chews through power like a kid with a pack of haribo sweets, but no touch drying just became a thing I’m very happy about!

I have a CR Spotless and use a Worx cordless to blow off water. Battery last 12-15 minutes on turbo, which is enough.

https://metrovac.com/products/air-fo...18877237919817 plus https://crspotless.com/product/dic-2...olling-system/ and 8 years later my paint is as good as the day I took delivery. No towels have ever touched it. HIGHLY recommend.
