I would definitely ask the dealer for a better reason...that's almost 400 miles.

It’s an opportunity, get the dealer to punch the warranty, wait a week and sell it to you CPO with an extra 2 years of warranty (at a discount?}.

I requested and obtained a DME report before delivery. It shows 0 over-revs and 35 hours of use for 153 km, which suggests an extremely low average speed, more consistent with factory testing than road test drives. I think everything is fine.
