I was there when mine came off the truck from port at 8 miles on it. My first 9/11 was a 1987 and in those days they came off the truck with 15 to 20 miles on them because they drove them at the factory on a 20 km test route. Carl

Mine had less than 15 and I was even fortunate enough to watch it get offloaded from the truck, although I will admit that I was hoping that the driver didn't let the clutch slip when he was at the edge of the ramp.

Mine had 4.8 miles when received from Dealer. Of all the 911s I have had, this was by far the least miles on one I have had. (or really any car I can remember).

12 miles. Detailing center is about 5 miles away from the dealership.

I understand your concern and there is nothing to stop one of their young employees taking it for a spirited drive on the way to filling up your tank of gas but remember that these are performance cars and a couple of errant high Revs is not going to hurt the car long term. I would absolutely though get your car as soon as it is available and make it clear to your sales person that there are to be no test drives on your car. Especially with the low stock numbers I am sure it is enticing for one salesman to offer acar up for a test drive. My dealer kept my keys in his pocket until I could get to the dealership just to make sure

My SA said 1k miles. I'm at 994 miles today after a month.... I have definitely gotten up to 5k, and 2 occasions near 7k...car still seems to be working.
