Is there a way to make the rear windows go up when the windstop is raised on the 992? Is there a hack for this?

Thanks.
Umm I am able to have the rear windows up when my windstop is raised. Are you talking about the order you have to do it? I haven't notice any restrictions with the order too. Now, you can't have the windstop up when the TOP is up of course lol. I have a 2021 C2S Cab so I don't know how 2020 behaves.

You can have the rear windows up. But I have tested wind noise and buffeting extensively with the rear windows up and down and it makes absolutely no difference. Not sure where where you get this information from unless its a 2022 feature.

I watched a YouTube review from last year, and I think the reviewer commented you can't raise the rear quarter light window (shark fins), while the front windows are down, and the top is down. I think maybe he is referring to wanting the wind stop up and the shark fin glass up, while keeping large side windows down... is that accurate?

I believe you can program the SmartTop from Mods4Cars to do this.

Yep! That's exactly how I would spec it! I am in-between that and a Gentian Blue with black leather and speed blue stitching and Exclusive Wheels.... given the lack of allocations I can probably agonize a few more months over this!

Yes, it turns out I can raise the rear quarter windows with the windstop up and the front windows up (or down). Sheesh, my sales guy emphatically said this was impossible and showed me the red/orange light on the rear window icon as proof. When I tried to raise the rear windows once, the red/orange light was not on and it did not work so I assumed he was right!! As those of you who replied know, the red/orange light is NOT a lock but instead activates the rear quarter windows.

Lesson learned, I mean really??? Thanks all.

The old and the new.

Going from a Cab to a Coupe, but I will say that is just gorgeous.

Is that Gentian in low light. Not Night Blue.
