(1) OEM STANDARD...Came on our 992
I have seen some discussion on optional fuel caps for the 992. Yesterday, we took delivery of a 2021 Macan GTS off the show room floor (Not ordered). I noticed it had the option Fuel Cap with Aluminum Look Finish (Plastic). I opened the fuel cover and to my surprise it was the newer look Aluminum Finish Fuel Cap. Come to find out the fuel caps whichever one you like will work on all Porsche Models (except Diesel). 2013 thru 2021. So it seems we have three choices which will all work. Standard or Aluminum Look Finishes. The newer model is nothing more than the standard with Aluminum Finish on the edging with directions which way to turn. Porsche being all about individual preferences, I am not sure about a Fuel Cap ($160).By the way, the all Aluminum Look Finish is on our 992 (Gift from Friend)
(2) Aluminum Look Finish Older version...Presently on our 2021 992
I was able to find the torque sequence (see below).
Does anyone know where the actual specification in ft./lbs. can be found?
Like me, I am certain, that you as concerned as I, should these allen head bolts ever start to loosen.
I ordered the new one a few weeks back from @SuncoastParts but they’re on back order until 3/22. I also have the all aluminum version from the 991 on mine currently until the new one comes in.
My personal preference. A 356 gas cap allowed one the option of reaching in to clear any debris that might accumulate over time or following a questionable fuel source.

I buy most of my gas in NJ where attendants have to pump it for you. Detailed statistical analysis reveals that they put the cap on upside down 87.4% of the time. One of those minor annoyances in life.

Same issue for us here as well, unfortunately - these are currently backordered with no ETA available from Porsche at this time. We'll be sure to update our thread here when we have inventory incoming/available to ship.

New Jersey is so weird. Every other state trusts its drivers to pump their own gas.
