Trying to set the vehicle info screen to the right of the tach to read oi temp ect. cant figure it out ? Yes im reading the manual..
thoughts? thanks carl
First, Set your customized gauge settings per page 123 of the owners manual. (see below)
But the trick is to actually see them. To see the changes you've made (and NOT the "General" screen which looks just like it) you need to change the "View" in the screen to the right of the Tachometer from "General" to "Customized". Follow the 3 steps in the picture below to do this.
.
The short sentence that's highlighted in grey with the little symbols, is what you want to do via the PCM.
. With the Gauge to the right of the Tach selected (Red Ring) press the scroller on the right stalk of the steering wheel. This will get you #1.
Now scroll to highlight "View" as shown in #1 and then press the scroller to select it.
This gets you screen #2.
Now in screen #2 scroll to select "Customized" and then press the scroller to select it.
At this point #3, you'll have the selections you made in the PCM.
Whew!

All dealers have a “tech” specialist that assist in new car tech set up. I spent 10 minutes on the phone and he walked me through everything with great suggestions on the many many screen options available based on my usage and likes for my 2021 992.
