The short answer is yes, the option is still cancelled. My build got kicked out this week for selecting the AK option. No official word when or if it will be available again for 992 or 992s.

Put 10k deposit down at the end of Jan. Dealer said they were hoping for a C4S allocation this month ( Feb ) but I'm not holding my breath. 😛
They did say the next available allocation was mine.
The good news is you can get just the rear aero kit fascia. Do you think the holes to the radiator are more problematic than the front? I don’t see a whole lot of trash flowing up over the roof into them but I don’t know. I also wondered if cooling might be better with the constant airflow. I don’t know.

Oh true. Parking under a tree might trap a bunch of stuff. Hadn't thought about that! As for the rear bumper, I was thinking you could just order the sport design rear bumper.

Love that combination, gorgeous car! I started with Lava Orange + Aero, but was having rouble deciding what interior colors matched well besides black/gray because I wanted a little more color.

Love the Aero though originally didn't. Love the Exclusives w Satin Black accents. Really the only way to spec that wheel IMHO. But not a fan of the fact that the Aero forces you to get the Sport Design Rear Bumper. Not digging the plate moved up.
I wouldn't go Lava Orange but looks great. I went Gentian instead of Midnight Blue or Chalk, mainly because I wanted something with more pop than white or chalk would offer.
I think the 992 Aero kit looks perfectly fine on a base or S model. Heck I would get it on a GTS model if it was a choice. This idea that the big wings needs ONLY be on a GT3 or Turbo is just silly. There is nothing BASE about a 911 period. Beside prior to the 992, I personally thought the 991 turbo models where ugly. The 992 turbo with sport kit looks ugly to me too (normal 992 turbo no sport kit is best turbo Ive liked yet). Id rather have this aero kit on a turbo than the turbo sport kit. And Im not sure I like the new GT3 wing more than this either now that I think about it.
