Default BMC Air Filter Install

Me and my son made quick and easy instructions on installing BMC Air Filter on a 992 Porsche 4s. Enjoy 😊

Thank you, how many lucky 8 year olds get to tinker with a brand new 992 lol. Building life skills and bonding time for sure

Very cute.
Maybe it's just me, but a wheel removed with no visible jack stand support, aside from your hydraulic jack with your son in direct contact makes me cringe...

There's a support (blocked) middle of the car. Can't get regular jack stands under as the car wasn't lifted much.

Just ordered a set, will put them in when I switch back to my summer tires... I am due for my first service in a few months as well, will have to tell them not to replace once I switch out...

PS. Amazon has them right now for 155 bucks (40 or so less than anywhere else I can find).

Richard,
Thanks for the heads up - just went to the site & snagged what they said was the last set in stock (at least for the seller at that price).

ps. also, just installed the Zunsport outer grill screen set - had them (7 piece set) on my 981GTS - great product

Can someone fill me in on the benefits of BMC air filters?

In my research online it sounds like there is no definitive evidence that they improve HP or any other performance gains.

This would have been safer

this accomodates 3,500 lbs. They also offer one that can lift 5,000 lbs.

Bumper doesn't have to come off...thats an improvement over the 991.
