There are actually significantly more C2's sold than C2S or C4S, since the C2S came out a year before the C2 it might not seem so but once the C2 was released there is significant catchup. Also Rennlist probably has a lean towards performance minded posters and so a lot of C2S or C4S buyers are represented here but in reality the average person buying a Porsche 911 is going for the C2 hence the availability and the fact that it is easier to get C2 allocations.

Yes they are out there but not as available as you suggest. Here's a good option someone posted earlier though.

Also maybe we on this forum likely represent the enthusiast and more informed buyers thus what we would want/seek....allocated cars are not as plentiful as the average guy off the street looking for his 1st P-car. To him/her a C2 is an acceptable option and the options sought may be less important for those in that group. But at least for those of us here...finding a car even a base car is not easy.

no discount is completely a NO sense ... for a new one i saw discount from a 3 to a 10 ( TEN) %

if you choose a demo with 250 to 3.000km can have a 23%... i bought my 992 c4s with 3.210km . at 143.000 euors ( price list 192.000) exactly configured as i want
