Smiles,
I know that the Sport-Tex seats don't allow for ventilation which leaves me wondering if they still have adjustable heating built-in like the leather seats?
I see posts stating that these seats keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter which raised the question.

The cooler in summer & warmer in winter is another great feature. I still have yet to use the seat heating function; even on a chilly winter morning in Tahoe.

Love my SS+ 4 ways. Not for everyone but if you do not need some of the more fine tuned adjustments and do not need the memory they are an amazingly simple yet incredibly sporty and comfortable seat

To the point in the original post, I agree the 14 way were too wide and didn’t provide enough lateral support for me. Obviously all depends on body type. At 6’ 5” 189 pounds and pretty slim the 18 ways provided options to allow a better fit for me.
