Base 911 Low option car question

Also would add as others have noted...why get both? Don't see myself driving both...unless I just want to have BOTH cars for some reason. If it were me I'd take the extra remaining $$$ and get into something different (an SUV maybe) or hell get a Boxster or Cayman T or Cayman/Boxster 4.0 GTS and then you really have options...best of both worlds. Or a new bike as some said. Don't think the vette + 992 combo is the best use of cash here. IMHO

PSE can be added as any aftermarket exhaust option. That isn't an issue really...If you like it and the price makes sense get it. Shipping is easy also...plenty of ways to get a car to you and many buyers purchase cars out of state/non-locally now a adays....sometimes you almost HAVE to in order to get the best deal and/or vehicle you want!

I have a 2021 Corvette Convertible on order and I also have caught the 911 992 bug. Max I can pay at the moment is $200K for BOTH NEW cars. I can swing around $105K plus TT&L for the Porsche. That is basically a standard unit with a few relatively useless options that the dealer nearly always order. I usually keep a car around 5 years and average less than 2k miles per year on my garage queens. Truck, Jeep and 4 bikes for daily drivers. Question is this: I know most buyers like heavily optioned or high performance models and in most cases don't mind paying for them, but will resale on a bare bones 2021 911 be decent primarily because it will come in at a much lower price point?

Car has the Carrera S wheels, the large elec/slide tilt sunroof, door stripes, the ridiculous $420 tach red ring ( what a gyp! ), the Sport Seat Plus, multifunction Sport Steering Wheel and power folding mirrors as well as the GT Silver exterior paint option. I think that I was very fortunate to find it! Can't wait!

You won't know it until you've been driving it for a bit, but you've just made the best car decision of your life. Congrats!
