I know you like to smile a lot, but think about it. An ordinary license plate among lots of people such as during a commute, there is no REASON for anyone to pinpoint your particular car.
Since it is assumed there maybe other similar cars like yours, leaves you an out if someone asks was it you.
Within the first week you will run into lots of: "Wow it's Dr. Muhney showing off his brand new Porsche again, driving around town with that loud muffler." and "Oh Bill Muhney's Porsche was parked overnight in that hairdresser's driveway, I hope his wife doesn't find out, he's having an affair." 24/7.
With a personalized license plated Porsche, you basically doom yourself to being a human GPS.
It's almost as bad as tattooing your social security number on your *** and walking around naked.

Now I'm concerned from my ordered vanity plate people will figure out I like skiing. Once they know that it's only a matter of time before my bank account gets cleaned out.

Wrong. No one is going to memorize random license plate numbers since there is no logical reason to do it.

Give it a catch line to a car like that, and then people will start talking. I dont think it makes a difference with a car like mine if I have personalized plates. I am the only one in my Province (and more likely western Canada) with this set up. Once you see the car you will remember it. Plus if Porsche discontinued MIAMI blue and the Aerokit package, I don't think there will be others popping up around anymore.

Actually I don't mind running around naked, especially when I'm somewhere I'm not supposed to be like my hairdressers house over night. Obviously this guy doesn't own a Porsche and is just trolling with really silly analogies. Probably has a personalized plate on his Gremlin.
