992 Carrera T Club

I get email notifications from USPS and it showed an "Important Notice" coming from Porsche, I'm sure that's what it is. I had my car in the dealership 2x within the last 3 weeks and no problems with the glass.
[QUOTE=Dream in PTS;19412673]Congratulations. I've had the 918 buckets on several cars, although this is my first non-GT car with them. I did not option them on my 991.2 T and it was one of the reasons I did not keep that car longer (live and learn). I absolutely love them and feel they make the T even more special.
What are the other reasons? Very curious to know.

It was a great car but if I had it do over again, I would have added the 918 buckets (as mentioned) and full leather (the plastic dash looked and felt cheap). I had an early issue with the ceramic brakes (big chunk taken out with a rock) which was a pain to resolve. And the color palette was pretty limited, so I went with CWM with the standard wheels, which just never really wowed me. Like I said, it was a great car. But I have several cars and if I don't fall in love, I tend to move on after a year or two.

Just picked up my second t. Was very disappointed with my first spec. I think I nailed the second.
The green interior is fire. Interior trim is painted exterior (gt silver).
Light spec - manual plus ras. Nothing really else.

After doing 700km’s on some of my favorite local roads, I feel the same way with my T, I can use a bit more of what it has to give than my previous S. It’s still a stupid fast car on back roads though and you really can’t come close to pushing it hard as it’s limits are still very high. It’s certainly more than enough 911 for my use.
I just purchased a 24 Z06 as well and I've already decided to sell it. I love my Carrera T.

It's a nice-looking 911. The exterior and interior go well together. I don't know about having ports-johns in one of the photos.

@celestequattro I did it as well @ £500 approx. at 1,200 miles.

Completely agree. Did a wonderful drive from Toronto to Hershey PA this past weekend with buddies (GT3, Cayman R and others) and my T really performed! Its faster than the 997.2 GT3 and actually think its faster than the 991 GT3 but those were highway pulls in a secret place (Mexico). But on the PA curvy roads the Carrera T is sublime. I watched the Youtube above and that reviewer needs to stick to his Lexus reviews etc...watch him enter a few corners where he should have been downshifting to 2nd yet doesn't feel the car excites him...LOL.

My second T spec also. Went with GT silver, Aerokit, 7 speed manual, painted interior trim, LWBS, full leather, slick roof with silver motorsports stripe, yellow deviated interior with race Tex headliner, aluminum pedals, no RAS, rear seat delete and radio delete. 😀
