New Review up: He gets a number of things "wrong" in terms of pricing and description/color names... so not the best, but figured I'd share anyways https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XS68zLwdVN8
I go back and forth on this. I run a bridjit driveway ramp on my driveway now so I'm pretty sure I'll be ok at home. But then again, the saying goes - better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
What are your thoughts on sport design package? I think standard and sport design front bumpers are equally good looking but the standard rear bumper is so broad and flat. My SA suggested, if I go SD, then I should go full front, rear, and sides which substantially increases the build cost. SD doesn't seem to be a common option on the aftermarket and I am not too crazy about the SD side skirts.

10 Most Unnecessary Porsches Ever Built (And Why We Love Them)
My current build has the SportDesign front fascia and side skirts, no rear SD. It saves a little money and is still better looking from the front than the standard version IMO. SportDesign does remove the variable cooling vent feature however and according to some, a slight loss of fuel economy.
Very nice build. I agree I don't think FAL is necessary with the standard bumper. It is something to consider if you get the lower sport design bumper and live somewhere with steep driveways
I think the standard bumper is similar to the 991.2. There is still paint on the far left and right edges that can get scraped. Ask me how I know. I won't be getting FAL since I now know where I can scrape the bumper (and won't be driving up that driveway anymore), but according to my SA the new FAL allows you to save locations via GPS and it will automatically deploy. Pretty neat.

I keep going back and forth between the SD bumper and the regular with active aero. I'd do GT3 side skirts on the side and I like the regular bumper vs the US spec rear Sport Design bumper

I'm going full Aero and side skirts. What the hell! LOL. I just love the look, especially the side skirts... and the wing... and the bumpers. I'll enjoy looking at the car that much more every day, long after the money is forgotten.

Just keep in mind aerokit availability is spotty at best and Porsche might ask you to pull it off your allocation
