Been absolutely loving my new 992, but noticed an occasional rattle from what seems to be coming from the silver trim running along the upper side of the door. Anyone else have this issue/have had it resolved?

We had a rattle on both sides that that was actually the door levers...tightened them up and hasn’t come back.

I’m having a similar rattle but mine seems to be coming from the door handle part.

Mine seems to stop when I press on the sliver trim on the doors

I had same rattle thought was door handle ended up being corner window trim, my SA took ride with me, he pushed on it and stopped. He ordered replacement warranty. There are little clips one was bent the did short fix with 3M double sided tape. Have someone drive check it out.

I've got the same issue. It occurs on rough roads as well as with certain music. Mine also will go away if I push on the silver trim or mid panel. Will visit the dealer later this week for repair.

Yikes. Sounds a little different from the rattle I have, but I really hope your situation resolved as it's unacceptable

Is your problem resolved? Just realized mine has passenger door rattles. 2nd day since delivery.

No, I haven't taken the car in yet and the rattle is still present. I plan to take it in after I have about 1000 miles on it. Figured might as well see what other rattles crop up, if any

I didn’t have door rattles initially, but I had mine taken in for door speaker/subwoofer rattles (MY 2020), which they fixed by adding felt insulation. But in the process the next day I drove it and I got a really bad passenger door rattle, so I took it back for that (unhappily and upset). They said the lower door seal was coming loose, so they relubricated it or something, and fixed it for now. But they went ahead and ordered a new door seal to fully replace it so I’ll take it back in next week when that part arrives.
