Do service advisors earn commissions?
I'm just curious. The guy that works at my dealership is real nice and I'm wondering if I order parts and install through him, he would get a commission on the sale of the parts and installation labor.

I do know my wife said that a fellow co-worker and former service guy from a local dealership of European cars stated to her that yes at that particular dealership they do get commission off of service tickets that they write up for customer repairs on cars that come in. Most are found on the free multi-point inspection in particular.
