you have to buy new tail light which is probably just that part and then program it. Cause the oem for USA they put two wire together so you got to code it to separate the brake and signal
I have the part numbers for both EU lights, but I stopped short of ordering them until I addressed the wiring.

Keep us posted. I spoke with @f4bones about this mod and he said running wires from the BCM2 module to the back of the car was required.
I didn’t, only because I didn’t have the EU lights in hand. Did your EU lights arrive?
ya you can change it. I also notice in the taycan, they change the configure to b01 from b34 and then code the av1. Then code just the bcm. I order the euro light so let see. I would think if it works, you should be able to separate the brake light and the signal now

If it works, post a step-by-step for us. I want the EU turn signals on my car. Did you order turn signals and the EU light bar?

another thing is that you might need to run 2 new wires into the bcm2 which is on top of the passenger fuse box from what I m seeing. Not too sure until I get it and check it, but if you code it in right now and if you hit signal, it shouldn’t work, and only brake light. But who knows, I won’t know until I get the tail

That’s what f4bones was saying as well, and that requires tearing the interior apart a bit. I hope it doesn’t necessitate the running of wires though.
ACTUALLY - the Porsche dealer accidentally shipped me a set of ECE (Euro) lights in the exclusive tail light kit - I was unaware they were Euro until someone pointed out they were amber turn signals!! Thus, I can confirm they are plug and play - no wiring required, and no programming. . . here are the PNs from the amber lights:
