1. 4/18 way seats
2. Sport PASM
3. Sport Exhaust
Can't see the value in extended leather in a sports car, and sports exhaust debatable at least for me. If we had particulate filters in the US maybe I'd be tempted.

Thanks everyone, very interesting thoughts;
Looks like full leather is in almost everyone's top 1 or 2. Also was a little surprised on the love or hate on the SPASM. I have dropped the PSE, so this thread has helped for that! ( I always preferred the quad look too). I am just torn on the 14 way vs 4 way (18 way doesn't fit me as well ) vs the spasm. Leather has made it in. For the ppl that ranked SPASM ahead of 14/18 ways, what was your thought for that? Maybe you guys know something I don't? ( I know what the negative's are to SPASM, but besides the 10mm drop which looks nicer, there is not to much positive content on the forum in regards to SPASM, I generally see how less comfortable it is and that it diminishes approach angles )
Thanks again for the responses.

I think people overthink these things. Personally, I like the way SPASM looks and that's a big deciding factor for me. Some people say they can't tell the difference. So no SPASM for them. Whatever works for you. Ride quality is a non-issue in my opinion, but some people are sensitive. Drive it yourself and figure that one out. Rather pointless to poll opinion on it, because it's your *** in the seat and your eyes looking at the car.

Otherwise, every seat Porsche makes is a good seat, IMO. So that's less a priority.

1. 14/18 way seats
2. Sport Exhaust
Mine is a daily driver, so those would be the first on my list. Of course, everyone's preference will be personal.

Leather interior is a must have for a car at this price point.
I’d happily live with 4 way sport plus seat, so 14/18 way is not necessary.
Between sport exhaust and SPASM, personally I’m slightly inclined to the exhaust. But in the end, come on, spasm isn’t all that expensive. May as well include it.

1) Leather
The rest are fluff. I have had SPASM on a 911S, I will pass, and sport exhaust should read "valved" exhaust; I do not need the car to be louder.

I can't agree with the "noisemaker" comment. If the 911 ever becomes all-electric, I think some of the joy of driving the car would be lost, no matter how fast it is, or how well it handles. Yes, I know the Taycan is highly regarded, but it is a sedan and serves a different purpose. The sound of the flat six is part of the package that makes a 911 special, and the sport exhaust capitalizes on that. The nice thing about the PSE option is that you can turn it off if and when you don't want it. Finally, my guess is that most 911 people want the PSE, and that adding it enhances its desirability on resale.

I’m sorry for being oblivious but what is the leather interior option? Dashboards and door panels are leather?
In that case, my choice would be:
1: Sport Exhaust
2: Sport PASM

Yes, dash and doors. That’ll be $3,830 thank you very much. Like, that’s 3% of the base price of a C2S. Talk about margins, and so any people dilly-dally around 1-2% of discount. Strange world.

Here's the thing about "full" leather.
Every time you get in the car you are going to notice it.
All the touch points, the smell, the feel, the look.
If you care about leather, and how you the car makes you feel from a sensory "touch" perspective, full leather is almost a must-get. Ceteris paribus.
If you don't, well, then my apologies and you've just wasted 30 seconds of your life reading my rambling.

But, yes, worrying about 1-2% discount on a car that's approx. 150K (or about $1500) in the grand scheme of things seems rather penny wise and pound retarded. Especially if dickering over that additional 1-2% discount means waiting X more months for your car.
Because, after all, you can always make more money. Time? Not so much.
